2. Data processed

The website may process technical request data needed for security and delivery, together with privacy-preserving aggregate usage measurements. When the contact form is used, the information entered by the visitor is processed to route and answer the enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is used to operate and secure the website on the basis of legitimate interests. Contact data, when enabled, is used to respond to requests and to take steps requested before entering a contract.

4. Providers and transfers

Hosting infrastructure is provided by Vercel. Contact-form delivery uses Resend, while Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form from automated abuse. Processing locations, retention and safeguards remain subject to final legal review and the production configuration of those providers.

5. Retention and rights

Data is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security or legal obligations. Individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.

6. Cookies and updates

No advertising or profiling cookies are intentionally used in the current version. The Turnstile security check may process technical information required to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. This statement must be reassessed whenever analytics, embeds, forms or marketing tools change.
